RISERADAR LLC ("we", "us") is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical and compliant communication. This SMS Outreach & Compliance Policy outlines how we source contact information, obtain consent, and respect the preferences of recipients. Our processes are designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the FCC, the CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices, and A2P 10DLC carrier requirements.

The first SMS sent is a one-time inquiry that includes our business name, the purpose of contact, and clear opt-out instructions. We do not send follow-up messages without an affirmative response.

6. Message Content Standards

Our messages identify the sender (RISERADAR), state the purpose, and include opt-out instructions in the initial and recurring messages. We do not send content that is fraudulent, misleading, or related to prohibited categories such as illegal substances, hate speech, gambling, or adult content (commonly referred to as the SHAFT categories).

Phone numbers and SMS conversation history are stored securely in our infrastructure with restricted access. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Data is retained no longer than necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations.
